End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of BurstPick. By installing or using BurstPick, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License grant
Xylolabs Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BurstPick on devices you own, subject to the terms of this Agreement and your applicable license tier.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of BurstPick. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the software.
3. Intellectual property
BurstPick and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Xylolabs Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Multi-device use
Each license is granted to a single individual and may be activated on multiple devices owned by that person, up to the seat limit of your license tier. You may not share your license key or credentials with others.
5. Updates
Xylolabs Inc. may provide updates, patches, or new versions of BurstPick at its discretion. Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Xylolabs Inc. may terminate this license at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
BurstPick is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xylolabs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of BurstPick, regardless of the theory of liability.
9. Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
