By downloading or using BurstPick, you agree to these terms.
1. License
BurstPick is provided under a per-seat commercial license. Each license is granted to a single individual and may be activated on multiple devices owned by that person. You may not share, transfer, or sublicense your license to another individual or organization without prior written consent.
2. Acceptable use
You may use BurstPick on any number of your own devices (Mac or Windows) under a single license. The license is personal and non-transferable — sharing accounts or credentials with others is not permitted. You are responsible for your own media and workflow.
3. No warranty
BurstPick is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurstPick contributors are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the software.
5. Third-party components
BurstPick includes open-source dependencies that remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of BurstPick after updates means you accept the revised terms.
7. General provisions
Any matters not explicitly covered by these terms shall be governed by applicable laws and generally accepted commercial practices.
